I am an atmospheric artist, working in both painting and sculpture using materials such as fabric and natural materials: wood, tomato skins and flowers.
My paintings are diffused in warm colors alluding to the sun's warm and silent existence. Translucency flows through my work, whether in the layered paint or the sheer fabrics I use.
Imagery of nature and human presence intertwine, blending human connection with the natural world.
I treat wood in my sculptures and furniture as a living entity, approaching it with empathy and gratitude. The process of carefully preparing each cut, sanding the wounds and glue residue, and later bringing out its hidden color - is a love language towards the tree itself.
Natural materials in my work elevate the idea of life as impermanent. Just like nature, our own impermanence is impossible to avoid.
